Parent / Guardian consent

Consent is required before GitHub signup, starring, forking, or lab access. You are agreeing on behalf of yourself and the student(s) you authorize.

You confirm that

You are the parent or legal guardian with authority to consent.
This is for an independent, non-government-funded homeschool arrangement (not a public-school FERPA program).
The lab is free; the requested consideration is a public GitHub star and fork of the designated repo.
Session videos are for parent download, then deleted from company servers on a house clock; long-term company record is mainly GitHub username + star/fork.
Neither side uses lab materials for AI training, advertising, or commercial exploitation beyond private educational use.
